Pedestal Under-structure
We can supply a range of pedestal components to service medium and heavy loading applications in a range
of configurations and specifications to suit most requirements.
All components will be zinc passivate coated to prevent corrosion.
Installations may include or require additional lateral support in the form of cross brace stringer components.
This requirement is normally applicable to high load / larger floor void situations.
Cross brace stringers can incorporate a neoprene gasket to minimise air leakage in applications
where the floor void is being used as an air plenum for air conditioning / cooling purposes.
Larger pedestals may also require supplementary mechanical fixings in addition to site bonding with adhesive.
